The three Heat expansions each cover parts of the track with a hazard, and each does it with flat cardboard that slides under the cars. These are the same hazards with enough height to read as terrain.

The set contains 30 tokens:

10 tunnel pieces (Tunnel Vision)
10 flooded road markers (Heavy Rain)
10 gravel area markers (Rocky Roads)

What this replaces on the table

Tunnel sections (Tunnel Vision): 10 tunnel pieces with enough height to read as terrain instead of sliding under the cars.
Flooded road (Heavy Rain): 10 markers in the road condition set, 40 in the complete kit.
