Keep the Heroes Out casts you as the monsters defending a dungeon, and the whole game turns on treasure the heroes are trying to carry off. In the box, that treasure is a cardboard disc.
We print it as chests. Twelve of them in the small set, sixty pieces in the full upgrade, which also covers the trap and monster markers. It is a small change that does a lot of work: the thing everyone is fighting over now looks like a thing worth fighting over, and a stack of chests on the board tells you how badly the raid is going without a count.
