For shops and game cafés

How it works

Every set is printed to order in the workshop rather than pulled off a shelf, and that cuts both ways. Quantities are flexible: there is no case pack to break, so a shop can start with a single line and see whether it moves. But a large order takes longer than a small one, and the honest answer to when can I have it depends on what you ask for.

Trade price applies to the whole catalogue. It is quoted per order together with the minimum and the lead time, so you get all three before you commit — which is also where you find out whether we are the right size of supplier for what you need.

One thing worth knowing before you stock these: they are unofficial accessories. Nothing here is licensed or endorsed by the publisher of any game, and no game components are included. Any shop that already sells third-party accessories will be comfortable with that, but it is better said now than discovered later.

What works on a shelf

Two things sell in shops that do not sell online. The first is anything a customer can pick up and turn over — the resource containers do this well because the shape explains the product without a single word of copy. The second is a set for a game the shop already has open on the demo table.

If you run demo copies, tell us which games. We will suggest what to stock around them rather than sending a catalogue and hoping.

Game cafés and clubs

Clubs buy differently from shops: fewer lines, more copies, and usually for games that get played weekly until the cardboard gives out. The upgrade sets for the heaviest games — Spirit Island, Arkham Horror, Heat — are the ones that earn their place in a club that plays them often.
